iSingPOP Classroom Worship

As a charity that normally would work by tutoring entire year groups at once and putting on whole school concerts, iSingPOP has adapted quickly to meet the needs of schools during the pandemic.

I've worked with them as an audio engineer for a number of years through Alive Media, so we were able to quickly switch it up to translate their fun, upbeat energy into video format.

Since March, iSingPOP has been delivering fun and engaging video content for school assemblies, providing karaoke songs and dance routines for collective worship, as well as engaging education on Christian beliefs and themes. With a series of weekly episodes for each school term, Classroom Worship is now being used in over 200 schools.

I filmed the iSingPOP tutors in a safe environment against a white backdrop, which allowed me to composite animations and other graphics in post. However, during lockdowns I consulted with each tutor to film themselves at home, leaning into the conference call format to create a fun context for the webcam-style videos!
